With several years of experience in training, coaching and personal development, Andy comes from a background in advertising. He was Creative Director for nine years and Managing Director for three years of a UK advertising agency with over 130 employees. In 1999 he ran his own Creative Consultancy, working with some of the UK’s most respected brands. As an innovator, he has helped companies create successful new products and services. He specialises in helping students find their creative self, teaching them ‘Imagineering’. With expertise in creative training, strategic brand development, product invention, advertising, & film directing, Al is passionate about presentation skills, personal impact and creativity.
He has appeared on national TV a number of times, including the BBC as a creative expert and has made many appearances on national radio.
Al is a Master Practitioner in clinical hypnotherapy and a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy.
