Cherri Holland - Cherri Holland brings to any session experience with organisation and people development. She specializes in business development, personal impact and presentation skills.
Cherri manages to change and equip people with the skills needed to get results from themselves and those they work with, both inside and outside organisations. This has included changing conflict dynamics and getting individuals and groups past historical barriers, to achieve peak performance.
Experience has taught her what works best in a range of different organisations and she uses a variety of approaches to get results. These have included strategy planning sessions, people management skills training, leadership and internal marketing strategies (managing the internal brand), interdepartmental teamwork and communication training, relationship management between customers and suppliers, and sales/presentation techniques.
Cherri has a BA in Industrial Psychology and has recently authored her first e-book “Performance Coaching Made Easy”.
