Sapna Thomas, is an effective and enthusiastic facilitator, Adept at transforming theories into practical everyday work examples, that help participants internalize the learning.  She has over five years of experience creating and imparting softskills training programs that help transform participants through activity based learning and paradigm shifts.

Her love for training is best demonstrated through her workshops for the youth from urban and rural Institutes, who have little or no Soft Skills exposure, to help them gain confidence and secure better jobs. She has also handled Train the Trainer and other classroom sessions for diverse profile groups ranging from Entry Level Executives to Middle / Senior Management.

Her background is a good blend of experience in Leadership, Business Development, Customer Service and Training with large multinationals like Spencer’s and Hewlett Packard to medium sized companies like Aptech and Mittsoft.

Sapna’s natural, warm and friendly training style ensures a comfortable learning environment where each participant is involved, and therefore evolves.
